7.2. Unauthorized Use: Using OxiEE Ltd. software without a valid license may lead to legal actions, including DMCA reports, search engine delisting, complaints to hosting and CDN providers, and possible legal proceedings.
7.3. Specific License Terms: For example, the Regular License for "HostPulse - WHMCS Theme" permits use on a single WHMCS installation. Additional installations require separate licenses, and users must be registered with only one authorized domain per license.

Unauthorized use of OxiEE Ltd. software will result in strict legal actions, including but not limited to:

• DMCA reports.
• Search engine delisting.
• Complaints to hosting and CDN providers.
• Possible legal proceedings. Users found utilizing OxiEE Ltd. software without a proper license will face severe consequences under the law.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which OxiEE Ltd. operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
